1. Graduation Certificate and Degree of the Chinese university will be issued to the qualified students;
2. Students can also obtain the Degree of the foreign university. However, as the time length of studying abroad does not meet the requirment of  the Ministry of Education of China, there is a risk that the diploma/degree cannot be authenticated by the Ministry of Education of China which will be a serious concern for Chinese students.

②When students study in the foreign partner university, the foreign university can obtain all of the tuition fees as “international students”.
(Taking 3+1 as an example)
1. Potential students and application conditions

Staff and teachers of the Chinese university only need to know but not to participate in the publicity and registration work.3. Benefits for the foreign partner
Only receive tuition fees paid by students who are studying in the foreign university.
8 Project Competition No competition with other international projects carried out by the Chinese university so that there is no competition for its admissions:

1.  There is no competition with other Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run projects, as the the students of each cooperatively-run project are restrictively regulated to exchange to the specific foreign partner university.

2. It does not conflict with other “2+2” and “3+1” inter-school projects in the Chinese university, because their nature of  school-running are different.

Compete with other international programs carried out in the Chinese university, resulting in strong competition for its admissions:

1. Competition with all similar inter-school projects in the Chinese university: Students will consider the ranking of  the foreign universities as well as choosing a country they like, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc.

2. Competition with stduying abroad for postgraduate programs: students might be more willing to wait until graduation and start their postgraduate education in the foreign university rather than choose inter-school programs during undergraduate years.
Reasons are: 1) the time length of studying in the foreign partner university during undergraduate time might not meet the minimum time requirement made by Chinese Ministry of Education, therefore, Bachelor’s Degree from the foreign university might not being authenticated by the Chinese Ministry of Education; 2) students are worried about their adjustment to the completely different foreign teaching and examination systems to obtain the degree, so postpone the time to go abroad might be a wiser choice.

3. Competition with semester visit programs: Many current students will consider one-semester visit, rather than a one-year degree program in the foreign university which requires less money and less academic workload.

9 Subsequent  Cooperation All the foreign universities that have conducted cooperatively-run schools/projects in China can cooperate further with the Chinese partner in other international exchange programs, such as:
①Summer camp or summer credit course program for 2 weeks to 2 months;
②Short-term semester study program for 3-5 months for credits;
③Mid- and long-term study program for 1-2 years for credits;
④Teacher training for the Chinese teachers in terms of teaching methods by the foreign university;
⑤Students continue their master’s or doctoral study in the foreign partner university;
⑥3+Master program (after 3-year study in China, students pursue Master’s Degree in the foreign partner university directly)
No subsequent cooperation.
